This talk explores the lives of four inspiring women discovered during Jess’s work at the Royal Airforce Museum, recording the first-hand stories of those who have served in the RAF. It features video clips in which these women share moments from their remarkable lives, including a former WAAF member, a Spitfire pilot, the RAF’s first female pilot and a frontline RAF paramedic.
Please note: some recollections include discussion of injuries sustained on the frontline
